Enduvo exists to ensure people are ready for the moments that matter most.

Why we exist

In every organization, the knowledge that matters most is the hardest to reach. It lives in the heads of experts who took decades to obtain it. It sits in documentation that has gone stale while the equipment, systems, and processes it describes kept changing. It hides in training that was out of date the day it shipped. And when the experts retire, so does their expertise. The people doing the work are left with the old default: “I'll figure it out when I get in there.”

Enduvo exists to close that gap between knowing and doing. We help organizations capture what their best people know, keep it current as things change, and deliver it to the person who needs it, before they need it.

Our story

When we started in 2018, none of this was possible.

  1. Locked in expertise

You couldn’t get an expert’s knowledge out of their head without a production team rebuilding it from scratch.

  2. Rebuilt by hand

You couldn't turn it into a usable artifact that a colleague needed.

  3. Outpaced by change

You couldn't update it as the work, process, or regulations changed.

  4. Missing at the moment

You couldn’t provide it when and where it was needed.

The response — patented from 2019

Enduvo created an AI that understands what experts know and turns it into a relevant, current knowledge base—improving efficiency, safety, and outcomes. Our earliest AI filings date to 2019, within a portfolio of more than 70 granted and pending patents.

Proof in high-stakes work

We proved it first in high-stakes environments: operating rooms, Ebola research labs, Air Force flight lines, and medical devices in the field. That work grew into global customer relationships and a US Department of War partnership—from one SBIR award to a $10 million sole-source IDIQ contract.

Where we are now

Today, Enduvo builds for high-stakes work—where figuring it out in the moment costs safety, time, and outcomes.

I'm glad you're here.

We started Enduvo to help surgeons prepare for procedures they previously hadn’t been able to rehearse. What began as a solution for surgical procedures revealed a much broader truth: every industry depends on expertise that takes years, often decades, to develop, yet organizations have few effective ways to preserve it, keep it current, or put it in the hands of the people who need it most. Too often, that knowledge walks out the door, becomes outdated, or never reaches the next generation.

Our mission is to amplify human expertise with AI. We believe the world's best knowledge should be easy to capture, easy to share, and available to anyone, anywhere, exactly when it's needed. Access to expertise shouldn't depend on who you know, where you work, or where you happen to be. It should be available to every learner, every practitioner, and every organization striving to perform at its best.

That's what we build for. We combine immersive technology and AI to put powerful creation tools into the hands of the people who know the work best; not engineers or programmers, but technicians, surgeons, machinists, field researchers, instructors, and countless other experts. They can capture not only what they know, but how they think, make decisions, and solve problems. Ultimately they create learning experiences that preserve the judgment, context, and nuance that are often impossible to communicate through documents or videos alone.

Because when expertise becomes accessible, organizations become more resilient, people become more capable, and the moments that matter are met with greater confidence and better outcomes.
