Contracting with Enduvo

Enduvo supports federal programs with immersive training, AI-assisted content generation, training modernization, ISR operation visualization and training, and related software and services. Work already delivered to USAF/USSF includes aircraft maintenance courseware, pilot refresher training, medical training, AI-assisted course content creation, platform development for new functionality, and delivery into the learning and documentation systems a unit already runs.

If your requirement falls within the scope of Enduvo's active Department of the Air Force sole-source IDIQ, it may be acquired through that existing vehicle. If the requirement derives from, extends, or completes capabilities developed under one of Enduvo's prior SBIR efforts, it may also qualify for a direct SBIR Phase III award by any federal agency, at any time, subject to agency determination. Phase III is funded from your own appropriations, whether RDT&E, O&M or procurement dollars, rather than from the SBIR set-aside.

Statutory basis and data rights

What supports a new Phase III award, and what happens to the data underneath it.

Qualifying work that derives from, extends, or completes Enduvo's prior SBIR effort may be awarded as Phase III under 15 U.S.C. § 638(r)(4). Where pursuing qualifying Phase III work with the original SBIR developer is practicable, SBA policy directs the agency to make the award non-competitively.

There is no statutory limit on the number, duration, type, dollar value, or elapsed time between qualifying Phase III awards. Award scope may cover R&D, products, production, services, or any combination. Phase III is funded from the customer's own appropriations, whether RDT&E, O&M or procurement dollars, rather than from the SBIR set-aside.

Data rights

Enduvo retains ownership of the technical data and computer software it develops under its SBIR awards. Properly marked SBIR data receives statutory and contractual protection from unauthorized disclosure during the applicable protection period. Certain Enduvo SBIR data protection periods extend into the 2040s.

Enduvo brings the technology, an active sole-source Air Force IDIQ, SBIR Phase III lineage, software and engineering capability, and federal past performance dating to 2018.

Enduvo can participate as either a prime or subcontractor depending on the pursuit. For work that derives from, extends, or completes prior Enduvo SBIR development, Enduvo's scope may also qualify as Phase III, preserving the relevant SBIR lineage and data-rights framework.

One example of our subcontracting work was in support of Boeing and their work on a joint U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force maintenance training program. Enduvo integrated with Boeing's systems and platform to extend their capability into 3D visualization of work instructions.

Enduvo works with small businesses and specialized technology providers whose capabilities complement a broader, Enduvo-led solution.

Where the requirement and acquisition pathway are a fit, Enduvo can serve as the prime and bring federal past performance, an existing sole-source IDIQ contract vehicle, SBIR-developed technology, program experience, and customer delivery infrastructure.

Partners can contribute specialized technology, personnel, infrastructure, domain expertise, or delivery capacity while jointly pursuing requirements that neither company would address as effectively alone.
